THERAPY
In order to best suit your needs I will work integratively blending a number of different theories and approaches. I specialise in Psychodynamic and Person Centred therapy but am also trained in Motivational Interviewing, CBT and Transaction Analysis.
Psychodynamic focuses on self awareness and understanding the influence of the past on present behaviour. Person Centred Therapy recognises that individuals are full of potential for growth. It gives the client the space and safety to share their concerns.

As a registered member of the BACP (and ATSAC) I work in accordance with its ethical framework.
After my initial career in teaching, I went on to work creatively in the music Industry for many years. The experience and skills gained, combined with my love of psychology eventually led me to re-train in counselling and psychotherapy.
I currently work in private practice and am also an associate therapist for The Laurel Centre which specialises in working with sex and porn addiction and CSBD. This includes working with partners and facilitating groups.
I also specialise in relational issues, ADHD, self-esteem, anxiety and depression.
My clients are based both in the UK and internationally. Prior to this, I did clinical work at Clapham and Tooting Awareness Centre offering private and NHS therapy.
My involvement as Director of Complementary Care C.I.C. means I'm also able to provide free/low-cost counselling on various projects.
We have recently received National Lottery funding and various other grants to enable us to work at The Royal Marsden Hospital, KCAH, Bonded through Cancer and The Woodfield Centre.
My sessions are all currently online.
